Love:
This
is the opening of my heart and the reality of who
I am. It is also what I wish to see and express in
all of my experiences.
Peace:
This is the state of consciousness that I
most desire and prize. It is available to me in each
moment at my election, independent of other people
and circumstances.
Self-Reliance:
This
is recognition and practice of relying in my inner
wisdom and creativity. While I value the opinions
of others, ultimately, I rely on my higher Self for
life guidance and decisions.
Acceptance:
I
treasure the blessing of acceptance. It enables me
to experience people (including myself) and circumstances
without the resistance that is the source of all my
anger, frustration, and suffering. It enables me to
see beyond appearances to the Truth.
Joy:
All
fun and pleasure spring from a joyful perspective.
It is the opening of my soul to life.
Honesty:
A commitment to forthright thinking and behavior,
honesty enables me to live with an open heart and
to avoid the self-loathing, guilt, and shame that
accompany deception and manipulation.
Authenticity:
This is the alignment of my life purpose,
beliefs, thoughts, and actions. While I am continually
endeavoring to synchronize the expression of my human
self with my divine self, I will not deny or degrade
my humanity, or forgo expressing important opinions
in order to curry approval from others.
