Coaching Plans

 

Coaching of the Awaken to Life Success System is available in a variety of opportunity plans. Each offers great value relative to the cost. If you have questions about any of these plans, please contact me and I'll be happy to discuss them with you.

 

Accelerator Plan

 

The Accelerator Plan provides a more intensive coaching opportunity. It affords the client an accelerated success opportunity and the potential for dramatic results.  The client must be willing to devote additional time to the accomplishment of work assignments between sessions.

Best suited to the client who is highly motivated to do whatever it will take to make necessary life changes, to accomplish identified goals, and to grow spiritually.

 

This plan includes the following services:

  • Four 60-minute coaching sessions per month (by telephone)
  • Six 10-minute "laser" coaching sessions
  • Unlimited number of e-mail communications
  • Subscription to Awaken to Life! e-zine
  • Free special reports

 

Steady Growth Plan

 

The Steady Growth Package provides a challenging coaching opportunity. While less intense than the Premium Package, it nonetheless requires a consistent time and energy commitment by the client, including attention to assignments between sessions. If the client is conscientious in his/her work, progress will be steady, sustained, and life altering.

 

Best suited to the client who is spiritually focused, balancing a variety of other responsibilities - e.g., work, family, and financial - and understands that a consistent commitment of time and energy is necessary.

This plan includes the following services:

 

  • Three 60-minute coaching sessions per month (by telephone)
  • Four 10-minute "laser" coaching sessions
  • Unlimited number of e-mail communications
  • Subscription to Awaken to Life! e-zine

 

Purposeful Plan

The Purposeful Plan provides the least expensive individualized coaching opportunity. An excellent value, it provides coaching at a slower pace and requires a regular commitment of client time and energy, especially with regard to assignments between sessions.

Best suited to the client who desires to grow and, due to financial or time considerations, is willing to progress less quickly, but purposefully.

This plan includes the following services:

 

  • Two 60-minute coaching sessions per month (by telephone)
  • Two 10-minute as needed "laser" coaching sessions
  • Unlimited number of e-mail communications
  • Subscription to Awaken to Life! e-zine

 

The Life Purpose Group Coaching Plan  

 

This plan is for those clients whose interest is finding out what their divinely inspired life purpose is and learning to live true to it. The plan provides the same services as the Steady Growth Plan, but in a group coaching format and at a reduced fee. Clients are responsible for finding group partners.

  

Administrative Matters

  • Regular coaching may be scheduled Mondays through Friday between 10am and 6pm. Evening sessions may be available.
  • Payment is made in advance (by the 10th day of each month) by Paypal or by check made payable to McFarland Coaching & Consulting and sent to: P.O. Box 236, Aspers, PA 17304-9405
  • Each new client will receive a welcome package by e-mail, and coaching begins when a completed and signed agreement is returned.
