Organizational Coaching

 

My organizational coaching work with spiritual communities is based on a theme of The Awakening Church.  It recognizes that organizations – like individuals – are awakening to their greatness; that this greatness comes from the individual and collective spirituality or consciousness of its members; and that nothing great has ever been achieved without clarity of purpose, imagination, and audacity.

My work blends traditional strategic planning with an understanding of the nature of church organizations and with the application of spiritual principles.
