Out the Trophies
Duration
: 4 hours
Synopsis
: Collecting
trophies (i.e., grievances) will keep us from being
truly happy. In some instances, over a period of time,
it may also keep us from being truly healthy. If we
do not stop collecting trophies - as well as clean out
the ones we have - they will choke out all of the peace,
love, and joy in our lives.
This
workshop features a heartfelt and interactive discussion
of why we choose to be victims (i.e., collect trophies),
how to make the decision to resign our victim-hood,
what forgiveness is and is not, and how to forgive (i.e.,
clean out the trophies).
Participants
receive a variety of helpful materials, including a
flexible and effective forgiveness process that can,
with experience, be customized to fit individual needs
and situations.

Very
thoughtful, interesting, interactive workshop. Thank

was able to gain clarity on one area of forgiveness
that I have been unable to move through.
I was also able to see how this has impacted different
aspects of my life. And to "forgive"
myself for not being able to forgive yet, and the realization
that it occurs in steps. Jeff's style is so authentic!
I
felt a healing presence in this workshop which Jeff
graciously facilitated. The workshop also had
its own timing and I appreciated Jeff's willingness
to flow with this pace! This was heartfelt information
which is very timely for me at this juncture on my healing
